چکیده
Aim of study: Comparison saffron flowering between open field and controlled environment. Possibility transplanting.Area University Birjand (Iran)Material methods: In a first experiment, yield quality produced by traditional production system (TPS) soilless one (SPS) were compared. second the effects method, direct planting (DP) or transplanting plant (TP) in studied.Main results: Percentage corms grown SPS was 39% 65%, while TPS 6% 56% 2018 2019, respectively. Flower stigma yields significantly higher than TPS. Stigma obtained from had L (lightness) crocin. Safranal content Leaf root numbers corm weight for SPS, but after there better status DP TP. At end growing season (2018-19), mean replacement (4.4 vs 3.0 g), (21.3 12.8 g per plant), main (11.7 6.0 g) number large (0.6 0.1 plant) However, during (2019-20), plants TP plots improved their performances.Research highlights: Saffron more favorable under Transplanting is possible, need to improve methods gain results.
